Executive Search Methodology
Step 1 – Briefing
We take the time to properly get to know your business, to ensure we fully understand your needs and can be an effective ambassador for you in the marketplace. We look to meet the relevant leaders within your core proposition and go and see your key competitors.
Step 2 – Market Mapping
We run a comprehensive, rigorous and structured process reviewing all relevant companies in agreed target markets., We leverage our extensive network and global reach to ensure you meet the very best candidates for each assignment.
Step 3 – Candidate Evaluation
Through detailed face-to-face interviews and assessment covering key skills and competencies, we pull together a longlist of potential candidates to present to the client.
Step 4 – Candidate Selection
Once a shortlist of candidates has been agreed, candidates will be interviewed by relevant parties at the client, while Agentis International manages the process.
Step 5 – Referencing & Due Diligence
As preferred candidate(s) emerge, further references, due diligence and, if required, psychometric assessments are conducted.
Step 6 – Closing & Aftercare
We actively reduce the barriers to closing a search by building strong and trusted relationships with candidates throughout the process.
